The hotel offers really good customer service and cleanliness.
The building noise from next door was unbearable, especially during the late mornings and afternoons. I had hoped for a peaceful retreat, but the constant hammering made it difficult to relax in my room. The breakfast options were underwhelming, and I felt I was paying too much for limited choices.

I loved the hotel, it's luxurious and stylish and the location is fantastic good to know if you plan a romantic getaway. My room was both tastefully decorated and modern with nice view, bath tub, huge bed. The stay was absolutely EXCELLENT.

Location and service!
The coffee in the rooms would be better with mini-nespresso makers. There was also no body lotion. Shower needs some refurbishing. The cleaners or air freshener in the room is a bit overpowering when you first enter. Open the windows for fresh air!

Overall charming small and fantastic hotel, local meals.
New-fashioned, perfect room with a fridge, a very comfortable bed, kettle! Location next to the old town, and many restaurants, bars and the main attractions to see. For tea or coffee visit Bar el Comercio nearby.

The risotto at nearby Bar El Comercio was out of this world, and the staff at the hotel were the friendliest I've ever encountered, offering spot-on recommendations! Plus, I loved that the hotel was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with pops of color.
I had to keep the curtains drawn in my room because it faced an inner courtyard, feel a bit dark. The courtyard was accessible by others. Still, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

Real fast was ok. Courtyard was great although when we congregated there for our own happy hour the guests in rooms surrounding the courtyard were not happy. The bartenders were great and helpful.
The morning girl behind the desk was like the gestapo. Horrible customer service. Our room was off the lobby ( 001) and we heard the lobby and outside conversations. She was very inflexible and not nice. Our group of 10 all felt that way about her

A cozy stay in old town
The vibrant atmosphere of the hotel was highlighted by the beautiful design and really good breakfast options. Each morning, I was greeted with a smile and a good variety of choices at the buffet, from fresh pastries to healthy options. The staff's friendliness, turning every encounter into a positive one.
The street noise at night was a drawback, especially since my room faced the main road. While it added to the lively ambiance, light sleepers might find it troublesome. I faced a small inconvenience with my fridge not cooling properly, a bit disappointing .

Enjoyed the cleanliness and modern layout of the Standard Double or Twin Room. Staff provided fantastic service, especially Juanjo, who helped with arrival details. The breakfast had a great variety, the best I've experienced in Spain. Location made it easy to walk to major attractions, just a 30-minute stroll to Plaza de España. Noise from the street was distracting at times. I recommend requesting a back room for light sleepers. The fridge in the room malfunctioned, leading to warm drinks, and staff didn't seem to take action regarding this issue. While some things fell short, the positive aspects of my stay outweigh the negatives.

The Cetina Sevilla is clean and beautifully decorated with a fresh style. The hotel is well-located, just a 5-minute walk from the main square, with access without excessive noise. Breakfast was substantial with a decent selection, and the staff were very helpful, providing us with great dining options when local restaurants were closed. The cleaning staff also demonstrated their commitment by managing to refresh our room despite the 'do not disturb' sign being up most of the day.
